and development shows through on the bottom line every time. We can
develop courses that are just what you need.
Other
- apart from the above four main fields of activity, through our Association
with many other consultants worldwide we can usually source a solution
to other problems too! So don't be afraid to ask us if the solution
you think you want doesn't appear on this site.
If we can't find
the answer we will tell you so - we will not foist the latest "must
use" consultancy method, loaded with buzz words and catch phrases,
on you. We know that current thinking may not be the answer to your
problems - many of the ideas put forward by large consultancy firms
are fine for multi-nationals that can afford to shed a couple of layers
of management and spend millions re-structuring. For a small firm
(our primary target market) that perhaps doesn't have even one layer
of management, never mind several, they can be disastrous!
One thing that you will find distinguishes us from our competitors
is that everyone you work with has been, or still is, involved in
running a small company - either for other people or themselves. But
we can also introduce individuals that have experience of large company
